Our foundation stands on the principle that everyone deserves an opportunity to thrive and succeed, regardless of their circumstances, background, or net worth. Through our wide range of programs and initiatives, we aim to provide the necessary tools, resources, and support networks to empower individuals and elevate communities. We are committed to addressing pressing social challenges, tackling issues such as education, poverty, healthcare, unemployment, and incarceration. By collaborating with local organizations, partnering with community leaders, and leveraging the expertise of dedicated volunteers, we drive impactful change from the ground up.
EmpowerMN:
Enhancing Access & Support for Brain Injury Survivors
Our EmpowerMN program is a comprehensive initiative designed to enhance accessibility and support for individuals and their families who have experienced a brain injury. Our program focuses on providing Resource Facilitation Services (RFS), which aims to alleviate injuries, optimize healing, and prevent secondary problems, such as: job loss, mental illness, and substance use disorder. Through a range of innovative services and support mechanisms, EmpowerMN aims to empower brain injury survivors to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Mentorship & Professional Skills Building
Skills building is a fundamental pillar of our mission, as we recognize the importance of equipping individuals with the knowledge and abilities necessary to thrive in the competitive business landscape. Our mentors offer valuable insights, share practical knowledge, and deliver personalized advice. We even offer a wide range of workshops, training sessions, and educational resources that cover various aspects of business management. By developing critical business skills, individuals gain the confidence and competence needed to succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
Financial Literacy, Credit Repair & Ownership
We aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed financial decisions. We provide workshops, seminars, and educational resources that cover a wide range of topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and building wealth. We provide resources to understand credit reports, dispute inaccuracies, and develop strategies to improve credit scores. By assisting individuals in rebuilding their creditworthiness, we aim to expand their financial options and improve their overall financial health to become owners.

Sharmaine Meadows
When it comes to defying the odds and rewriting what’s possible, Sharmaine is the epitome of triumph and success. Not only is she the owner and CEO of Cradle of Love, LLC, a successful and certified MBE, WBE, and SBE in-home health care company, President of The Amonre Randolph Foundation, and CEO of SRM Financials and Amonre Randolph Transportation, she is a leader with a heart for the people!
Sharmaine is a passionate and dedicated leader who is committed to revitalizing communities of color, creating pathways to homeownership, and driving workforce development. With a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by these communities, she along with our Vice-President and Board Member, Ronald Steward, tirelessly works towards fostering positive change and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
Through strategic initiatives and community partnerships, she also spearheads efforts to revitalize communities of color, aiming to create inclusive and sustainable environments where residents can thrive. By addressing economic disparities, advocating for affordable housing, and promoting equitable access to resources, Sharmaine drives impactful change that uplifts and strengthens these communities.

Elevated Foundation honors the life of Amonre Randolph, son of our President, Sharmaine Meadows, and the son of our Vice-President, Ronald Steward. Everything we do to support communities in need is in honor of these two young men. Through our work, we carry forward their legacies by striving to make a positive impact in the lives of others. We channel our grief into action, dedicating ourselves to causes and initiatives that align with the values and passions of these remarkable individuals.
